The Wilson County Radio League is a group of radio enthusiasts in Wilson County Tennessee. Our mission statement as defined in the club bylaws “is to better ourselves and to serve the community by continually maintaining, practicing and improving our communication and technical abilities. The Wilson County Radio League is primarily focused on amateur radio, but encompasses all types of auxiliary communication.”

The League holds club meetings the Second Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm in room 115 of Labry hall at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN (37087).  This meeting is open to the public, walk-ins welcome.

The League has a wide variety of interests, pretty much encompassing anything that has to do with radios.  We built and maintain the KM4GHM repeater, the WCRL Mobile Command Post and have many other projects in the works.

  1. Glad you guys are doing something different. Now all that needs doing is articulation how you will practice/operate the many bands/modes of operation to the members. Am sure you’ll work it all out.

  2. It is, as always, a work in progress. We had our first meeting tonight and cleared up several of our new group tasks. Meeting was a great success overall and we’ve gotten positive feedback. We’ll make sure to include you on the antenna build that we’re planning in the near future. Thanks!
